I flew out of Eagle (or tried to, the flight went mechanical and cancelled), and apparently the ticket counter agents also load/greet the incoming planes, so I stood at the counter from 1 hr before departure to about 45 minutes before departure before someone arrived to check us in. Is this SOP at UAX stations?
