Just wanted to update everyone that if you call in, they can apply eUpgrade credits from two different accounts on the same reservation. I had a flight YVR-FRA in latitude and we each needed 13 credits. Problem is, I had 24 and he had 13. Agent was able to do it over the phone manually without splitting the PNR.
Good for you, but I am not convinced that was SOP. I believe in the past I was told this was not possible. Its also concerning that you were able to access another person's account without their approval (granted being on the same PNR implies that).
Has anyone else been successful in combining e ups?
