It is due to weather elsewhere as well. IAH has had terrible weather this afternoon, including diversions due to tornado warnings, wind etc. If the plane or crew that was going DFW-PBI was in IAH for example (or was headed there and got diverted), then that causes a knock on effect.

It is under Flight Status; search by flight number. If data is available, it is under the additional comments!
