Just a data point. Absolutely no issues getting the Diamond breakfast benefit. Was listed as one of the welcome amenity options at check-in. Can’t imagine anyone takes the 600 IHG points, minibar credit or free drink given the value proposition the breakfast offers here. I also used a suite upgrade voucher on a reward booking without issue. Called IHG 14 days out and was applied no issues.
