Please explain why any airline would voluntary remove six seats off any aircraft just to provide another exit row - when legally, they're not required to do so. It's an instant revenue reduction for them. Unless this whole mess ends (likely years from now; probably never) in a mandate from the FAA that door plugs cannot be used (and that would affect many 739s and A321s as well), no airline is going to do this.
