Count me in as another DP on this issue. Met the SUB spend. Regular points post, SUB points and regular category bonus points do that. I initially chalked it up to regular processing delays however seeing that the category bonus points were not posting either really tipped me off. Looks like the only comfort at this point is that I'm not alone and this is a systemic issue rather than an account one.
Has anyone filed a DoT report yet? I'm still within the 8 week window to file a valid claim, but will be very curious to see what the first resolution looks like for those of you were qualified a month earlier.
