Thank you. I took your advice and called them. After the first rep put me on hold for 10 min, I got to a different rep who fixed the issue in one minutes. I asked her what was the issue and if it was something I could have fixed myself. She said it was due to name mismatch (???) and it was not something I could have fixed myself.
I can see my account in my login now.
