Just to clarify: unless you just really want to visit the AA Arrivals lounge in T3 for a specific reason then there's no reason to visit both. Just go directly to T5 and use the BA lounges there.

Accessing the AA Arrivals Lounge during a T3>T5 connection is not recommended at all if you're a LHR newbie.
