I just received my new Boundless card. The papers that came with my card said I can activate my card by going to
https://chase.com/verifycard. That site asked me to login to my existing account. After I logged in, I did not see the new card in my account. (I have had a few Chase cards in my past and also an active Ritz card at the moment.) I also did not see an option to add a new card.
So, I used the second option to activate my card by dialing in the number on the paper. That worked and my card is now activated.
But how do I see my new card in my Chase login? For my other new Chase cards in the past IIRC they would just show up in my account after I log in.

When this has happened to me, speaking to a rep has been the best option......I know it sucks to call. Good Luck.
