There were some restaurants within walking distance over near the Andaz - I rather liked Marta for pizza. I'm not sure on supermarkets.

Breakfast was served in the restaurant (far better than a lounge), and the hotel offered a small Elite happy hour (basically what would be in a lounge) in the evening in the breakfast restaurant space.
