Thanks, hopefully the Avios is not lost! The bank have confirmed that they have the correct BAEC account linked. One of my UK cards is the BA Amex but I’ve not used that one since moving, however I do have a Barclays premium account and an Avios Barclaycard and these are the ones that continue to be credited to my BAEC account. Perhaps I need to get these unlinked with Barclays?
When I spoke with BA earlier today, I explained that the points linked to my UK accounts and UK address were still be transferred to my BAEC account despite me changing my residential address to Bermuda but all they could say was that it’s definitely been changed to Bermuda their end and I should be speaking to my BDA bank but when I call the bank they tell me to speak with BAEC so I’m going around in circles.
I’m almost at the point of just cancelling the BDA BA card and getting a HSBC premier reward card instead and then I should just be able to convert points as I please rather than an auto monthly transfer. Super frustrating experience thus far!

The one piece of good news is that you should not lose any Avios. The 20K+ that you have accrued should be sitting with the bank in Bermuda and once the problem/mismatch is resolved all the previously accrued Avios should flow into your account. As well as the address, it's essential of course that the BAEC number held by the bank in BDA is correct. It's worth double-checking that but I doubt that's the problem.
Is your UK credit card a BA Amex one? If so, if your BAEC address is now in Bermuda you are correct that those UK BA Amex points should not be transferring. If they are still transferring monthly it would suggest the address has not been updated in the BAEC system. When you speak with BA again you might want to tell them that your UK points are still being transferred which is a large clue that the address change has not registered successfully.
