If you did not meet DM requirements during 2023, you will not be able to extend DM status earned in 2024 as it will be 2025 program year status.
So the best option for me will be to use the MQD conversion which I am reading at 10:1, so that would be over 60K MQDs... Will that convert to multiple years or one year only, If one year, then convert one year's worth of MQMs to MQDs and convert the reminder to SMs.
