TK app glitches
Hey all,
So my TK app is being quite glitchy with an itinerary I have coming up later this week. Just wanted to make sure it’s “normal” and not an issue with the ticket itself that I’d need to deal with beforehand.
So firstly, when I try to manage my booking, it seems to have split the itinerary into 3 trips, the first being xxx-ist, 2nd being ist-yyy-ist and saying I have a 10 day layover in yyy, and then ist-xxx. Is this just bad IT or indicative of something I need to investigate further?
Second, when I hit my flights, it shows 8 flights instead of 4 and has basically doubled the number of flights I’m taking. Again, not sure if it’s just bad IT or not.
Finally, on my first ex-IST segment, I should be able to pre-order my meal in J, correct? When I click on the “select from business class specialties” it gives me an error message.
Of course none of this is a big deal, but just wanted to make sure this is relatively par the course for TK and nothing I’d need to call in for. Thanks.
