I honestly never heard of your situation so I would reach out to Wyndham/Barclay and tell them you have to Business card and ask that they make your Wyndham Diamond status earned vs matched.
I talked to WYndham and they said my DIamond status was showing as valid until December 2024 so I guess the "trial membership" message is wrong. I asked to match to Caesars last Wednesday. I have a stay in Vegas this weekend. How likely is it that Caesars will match by then and is there is anything I can do to speed it up e.g. phone Caesars?
