if BA wants to purchase a service from a supplier and that supplier has a requirement, then it is up to BA to comply rather than expecting the supplier to change
Whether this was an isolated issue and normally is ok, is hard to know from 1 posted example of failure. given the lack of any other reports, it seems feasible that this is not systemic
