You mean the pricing chart that has "prices subject to change" at the bottom of each section?
In a fair world, the chart displayed as you navigate through the contract before deciding to sign/fund should at least be "current" at the time of signing the contract. To show the 2020 pricing chart there is quite unethical/deceptive imo, but obviously from a legal POV, the most difficult part here is to prove intent.
