Too many award flights cause for concern?

I have had a Skywards account with Emirates for many years, but I have never flown using my own money or had any activity on my Skywards account. I have flown with Emirates on a business award, with upgrades to first class, using Skywards miles transferred from Chase and Amex last year. I transferred enough points for two people each way.

I am fortunate to have enough points for another similar trip for my partner and me later this year. However, I have read posts here about people’s accounts getting locked and their miles being lost.

Would transferring points in to Skywards for a round-trip international flight two years in a row, without any history of purchasing Emirates tickets using cash, make you concerned that your points/account might also get blocked?
