Airlines - can't really think of any.

Checkmytrip seems to have taken up BA lingo, calling my CX redemption J bookings "Club"

But most importantly in the Australian context none of the local airlines/AirNZ does this, so given the great pandemic is also the great reset, no surprise it happened.

Funny though. My BA413 AGP-LHR BP is printed with "FASTTRACK". Surprised this isn't done in SYD, should just be same system?
