Those are not separate brands. They're just sub-brands of Comfort. So it could that a Comfort Suites would turn into a Quality Inn & Suites, rather than a Quality Suites, because I'm not sure whether Quality Suites is a sub-brand of Quality Inn. The Choice website only lists those 3 sub-brands on the Comfort page, but doesn't list any sub-brands on the Quality Inn page.
And I don't know how they determine which Comforts are Comfort Inn & Suites vs Comfort Suites.
