Yes, they're swapping planes where able to salvage flights. It's something like 60-80 flights a day they've been able to keep in the schedule. (Swapping between max/non-max 737s isn't unique to the groundings, they'd do this even under regular times. Just happening in higher volumes since the whole 7M9 fleet is out).
