Glad you got it sorted out at the lounge.

I tried 2 calls and a person at the lounge, with no luck. I then called Asiana, and the agent told me that they only had two fields in their record: first name and last name. In my account, my middle name was captured in the field for my first name, separated by a space. I called UA back and gave the agent that information, and she was able to attach my OZ FFN to my itinerary in 2 minutes. Not sure if that's the secret sauce, or if it was the agent... YMMV
