Is it worth it to try to preemptively change a flight later in the week (Thursdays) to avoid the MAX 9? I'm guessing no flight is safe because they may move other 737s around and cancel the new flight we get. On top of that, the phone lines now must be crazy.
If the groundings/cancellations persist, I would expect the waiver to get extended to allow you a free change. (Not sure what the cost to you would be right now to change)
