That sounds like an urban myth. The credit card company will only grant a chargeback if it is legally supportable.
Any account closure based upon an arbitrary and capricious retaliation could easily be reversed in small claims court.
Good luck with that. It's standard practice for many businesses to either close your account or assign a balance, effectively preventing you from using your account until you pay up.
Uber does this. If they don't deliver your food but still charge you, then refuse to refund. If you charge back they'll just require you to pay before using Uber again.
