This is the new normal, and is quite consistent across multiple airports in the world. Due to various factors there are not enough staff, and there will not be enough staff. Get used to it, it will not improve. Look around you in your daily life, you will notice this lack of staff affecting services (shop closed, restaurant closing early, bus lines shortening schedules) everywhere.
