And they shut the Tracking circle type (which appears on both .Com and . App) on December 27 (5 days before new year) ...why? others hotel companies continue to 31st ?
Take a chill pill. Experience shows that when the stat reappear mid January they are correct.
And then either move to another chain or continue with Hilton. But the fact that the counter display shut down a couple of weeks every year concerns and stresses you that much, you should just move to another chain to avoid the aggravation.
