I’m not sure if I’m getting old but these kind of corporate behaviour to train a staff only read business class and nothing else could pass through is shocking to me. And we are wondering why ChatGPT (and other AI systems) will replace human jobs…
I agree. What I should have taken up with the supervisor (but I am not sure I could have trusted myself to be polite so left it) is that to tell him to look at the seat number and if it is "a low number" (her words) to let the bearer through, is not good training.

It would be a nice simple program to write to parse the class, though ...

BTW I have got the expired pass from my wallet. It says "class Club World" and there is no "fast track" printed above the QR code.
