That is entirely untrue. Most of the time it should say fast track, however not all the times. This lead issues before let say in Manchester airport. BA IT is never that great and I could not find any logic when it says fast track when it doesn’t.
I’m not sure if I’m getting old but these kind of corporate behaviour to train a staff only read business class and nothing else could pass through is shocking to me. And we are wondering why ChatGPT (and other AI systems) will replace human jobs…
