So I'm already trying to avoid MUC due to the luggage mess happening there, but from the sound of it FRA isn't far behind. Are these horror stories mostly LH related or are other airlines as impacted for someone arriving into FRA without onward connection (other than LH having proportionally more flights)?

Looking to fly into and out of FRA and now am seriously thinking to bring my rollaboard (22") onto board as a Biz pax and not check it at all with this mess. Inbound carrier not decided yet, outbound most likely on SQ so no argument there with size of carry on IMHO.
