As a matter of interest, is there any pattern to which sub terminal flights from LAX will arrive at and ones to BKK depart from? YVR flights seem to have a fixation for 2E M.

Was hoping to pick up a guide book so hope the Relay or FNAC in the terminals have them (or go out to the newstand between one of the terminals with enough time). Unfortunately FNAC won't arrange pick up in the T2 E shops due, presumably, to uncertainty.
