I thought that part of the process would be behavior detection in terms of watching passengers with their bags….of course, how much watching there is on the part of the customs officers is a valid question, especially now that there aren’t custom forms to fill out. But if there is no physical customs, then if trying to skirt the rules, I’d book an I to D connection every time.
