No. Sometime in the past year they began automatically refunding seat related fees when an itinerary is cancelled or changed, but that doesn't extend to the ancillary upgrades (because of the inventory implications). Given the complexities of all their systems though, would not be surprised if it glitches from time to time and refunds an upgrade by mistake.
