I’ve also heard a lot of raves about the food and setting at Le Pristine.
They took a lot of the top staff from the other Mori Hyatts.
The food is excellent since Mr. Herman is around, managing the kitchen and asking for feedback. I think it's going to stay consistent and become a destination for sure.
