Yes, very much.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
I booked a Premium room and have the choice between a standard room with River view (high floor) and King bed Suite. I chose the latter.

How are the rooms?
Around 36 sqm.
More a larger room than a so-called suite.
Pleasant trendy design.

What was good and what was bad?
GOOD

• Very impressed by quality of service: the wonderful staff are passionate about their work, smiling and do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one.
• Brand new hotel with pleasant design.
• The breakfast is excellent by choice and quality. The panoramic terrace is impressive.
• Location is great, in the Chartrons historic district, full of trendy boutiques, antique dealers, food stores, bars and restaurants. The Capc contemporary art museum, one of the French leading contemporary art institutions, is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Shared-bike station just next the hotel.
• Free minibar

BAD

• Nothing.

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
The hotel is definitely a very nice addition in the superb city of Bordeaux.
