Logged in the other day and noticed my MQD counter had reset and that Delta is now showing pending MQDs in the Account Activity section, along with already flown/spent/earned MQDs. I have a Delta One trip coming up to Europe where the ticket cost roughly $3,500, but the pending MQDs are only showing what appears to be the base fare amounts. I was under the impression that carrier-imposed surcharges also counted towards MQD - is this incorrect?
