I repeat: what is the evidence for that assertion? There have been a number of changes at BA since the Walsh/Cruz era, including a recognition that they had gone too far in the "cutting costs is part of our DNA" culture and an apparent willingness, under Sean Doyle, to move the dial back a bit. I am not aware, however, of any evidence of a direct relationship between complaints and changes to catering on BA. If you have such evidence, if would be great if you could let us know.
