My 767 tonight was downgraded from the Hi-J to the 30 seat one. J booked at 34/30. We have two reservations for four people - two of which were behind row 10 and were reassigned seats. But what will be UA’s procedure if it goes to the gate with 34 booked? Presumably increasing comp to offer downgrades or rebooking rather than invol downgrades?
