There is a CCR in both the arrivals lounge as well as departures.

You can go through immigration and customs and exit on the left hand side. You'll need to take the elevator up to the British Airways Arrivals Lounge before leaving the building, next to Costa Coffee.

Like other posters have said, you need your inbound boarding pass to show you have flown in on F and they will give you access to the Concorde breakfast room.

One last thing - it shuts at 12pm even though the arrivals lounge shuts at 2pm.
