I've only booked 2 rooms using points for both rooms, and then they both show as overlapping stays in my account, and I get stay credit for only one of the rooms. Sometimes I get two welcome amenity points though when I book 2 rooms.

They did not. Award stay with £0 charges tracked as overlapping giving me the 1 night credit. Paid room tracked as non qualifying with 0 points.
Ambassador service desk sorted for me though and both rooms appear as adjusted stay. But points and night credit is now correct.
2 welcome points posted for me too, although 6 days after checkout!
