For context, the "extra" exit door plug is a carryover from the 737-900, so it's not new and not unique to the MAX 9.
This is why i am concerned about the outlook for the operation of flights in the following week. This could cause an inspection requirement on all max 9 and 900s.....this would cause chaos.....
The FAA just issued the directive regarding the rudder bolts....so i would assume they would need to save face with the public....so get your popcorn out.....and perhaps drive to your next destination....
