Honestly when you look at what AF asks for in terms of PE pricing on TATL flights, it's likely the most profitable. This adjustment in food on the first meal is the bare minimum they could do. You pay sometimes more than double the price of an Econ fare and don't get that much more.
I am just wondering whether AF passengers are so blazé and just accept this mediocre service. When BA reduced their services in both Business Europe and also long haul Y, there was a big reaction from passengers that they had to roll back the changes and improve the service. I am seeing in FB platinum pages that a lot are happy with the current offering and most think that it is everywhere the same.
