Only one version of the A321 has the same pitch as the B763. I've never flown on an all economy A321 only mixed class Rouge aircraft and they have an inch less pitch than the B763. The one inch difference makes a lot of difference for me.

Seatguru has not been updated for some time now. I'd rather go with the info on AC's web site. The AC web site is showing only 2 A321 layouts now. So does aeroLOPA. J12 Y184 and J8 Y176. The seat pitch is 30" and 31" respectively.
That said, not booking Y on Rouge is a good idea. I never flew the A320. I have one segment in Y on both A319 and A321. The A319 segment was HOG - YYZ and it was my second worst flight ever. The A321 flight was on YYZ - MBJ route and it was so-so. But the return flight from MBJ in J was way better.
