I called the last time. Called three times and SM once.
I've used SM to PC from some cards to Chase Freedom(s) before so I'm sure it can be done.

Yeah I wanted to make the system is showing that I have been holding a Ritz card instead of having any trace of Boundless when they process the FNA in a week or two, so I wanted to make sure I get to PC the very first moment this action is allowed.
The first rep was able to tell me my anniversary date, but told me to call back in a month.
The second rep told me to call back tomorrow. I asked if he knows the system refreshes at midnight EST or any other time. He basically said I don't know without saying it out loud.
SM response just said I'm not eligible.
