Same. all transactions before 12/26 with mobile wallet posted as expected 3x and after that as 1x. Just called and 15 min on hold finally spoke with someone and he requested to have the issue fixed with ticket.

What exact words did you use with them? The guy said that he doesn’t see anything pending but also said that points are responsibility of travel department.
