If you stay at a different hotel w/ overlapping dates, it won't post correctly either; it'll cause a mess.
I have just realized the rule of same check in/check out dates that went into effect August 30, 2023. I have an upcoming stay booked with 3 rooms that i did in the app a few months ago, so all of them hold my bonvoy number. I will check into and pay for all 3 rooms. However, one room starts a day after the other 2 rooms. We will all check out the same day. Do you think i will ble able to remove my bonvoy number from the current reservations in order to transfer everything to one folio? Or can i transfer all to one folio upon check out? I'm not concerned about the number of nights, I know i can only earn those for one room, but more about earning the points and myspend at the brand. thank you.
