So stayed at the Diplomat and PH Suites. We actually preferred the regular PH Suites, even though the Diplomat suite was bigger. I definitely recommend asking for 5th floor or higher if possible to escape some of the street noise. The staff were friendly and top notch. The concierge desk does a lot and were proactive to get dinner booked, even on Christmas Eve/Christmas.

The in house restaurant, the Bank was awesome, and actually better than two of the Michelin starred restaurants we went to: Apron and Silvio Nickel. Breakfast service can be a miss, as the communication between kitchen and servers sometimes was non existent (did not get main entrees for 2 day straight).

If you are thinking of going to Apron: Food was okay. The most memorable dish was a butter candle that dripped onto gravy for bread...go figure. Service was abit cold, and missing the friendly and proactive Michelin star service that you would expect. My wife had a non alcoholic pairing, and was a big let down. Alcoholic pairing was okay. Would not go back again.

Silvio Nickol: What a big let down, as this was our last dinner on our trip. They didn't taste their dishes. 5 out of 9 dishes were way too salty, and not edible. This is coming from a person who likes salty foods. Maybe we went on a bad day... Service was great, and the sommelier was fantastic, and perhaps the star of the front of the house. Menu was abit gimmicky like a video game with micro transactions; with all of the add ons to the base 275 Euro for 9 course tasting menu. Ordered 2013 Dom to start. Added separate caviar dish (150 Euro for 50 grams; they actually had 3 options to choose from, and all were add ons). Declined improved wine pairing (I believe up to 750 Euros for vintage pairing with big names; 500 Euros for improved). Declined separate truffle dish (another add on). Another issue is that we ended our 7:30 reservation at 11:12; way too long. Would not recommend.
