I had a similar issue last night and finally gave up. Instead, I installed their Android app and followed the prompts side by side with the browser window (with translation since their app is only available in Spanish). It worked. Their site is truly horrendous. For instance, USA is somehow labeled EE / UU, and nestled between Dominica and Equador on the list of countries which you have to select at least a half dozen times while filling out fields like passport, nationality, phone number, billing address etc.,
