Also, on an unrelated note, I just opened the packaging for 3 Pathward/Incomm gc that I purchased earlier today. 2 of the 3 packages are missing the terms and conditions paperwork. Has this ever happened to any of you? I'm just wondering if I should be worried about these 2 cards.
some of those cards has no T&C paper glued to the front of the card. don't buy it if the T&C is there, but not glued, it is tampered.
