After posting my earlier comment, I looked at the Vanilla gc that worked the other day for the full $500 and noticed that it's Sutton/Incomm while SS cards are Pathward (MetaBank)/Incomm. Could it be that the bank (Pathward) is blocking these transactions and Sutton has not started doing that yet?

Also, on an unrelated note, I just opened the packaging for 3 Pathward/Incomm gc that I purchased earlier today. 2 of the 3 packages are missing the terms and conditions paperwork. Has this ever happened to any of you? I'm just wondering if I should be worried about these 2 cards.
