Got it was a direct quote. The full conversation I saw was as follows:
iMessage: "Could you please confirm your airport name for departure?"
Friend: "Nassau"
iMessage: "I would like to inform you that the flights are available via BNA airport does that work for you as no flight is showing from NAS-PBI?"
Friend: "BNA is over 1,000 miles away from NAS and PBI"
Agent: "Got it however we have no flight from NAS-PBI only from BNA-PBI we have via ATL"
I take back what I said earlier. The punctuation is poor enough, it is probably a person. That last reaction is very strange, unless the agent doesn’t have the proper concept of a mile.
