Stayed here for two nights last month. Arrived at Central station and jumped on Tram 20 for approximate 10 minute ride and arrived at the stop close to the hotel. It was a 5 minute walk along the “hotel only” path.

welcomed as a globalist and provided a park view room. Rooms are standard and newish being a one year old property. Welcome gift of half bottle of wine.

breakfast was complimentary as a globalist and is comparable to may large hotels. Lots of fresh selections and salads and cold cuts. Maybe 8 hot items and a big bakery table.

gym in the basement was not large but very usable with lots of equipment.

the surrounding area is not that interesting. Apartment buildings and such and the AC hotel next door. Some restaurants at the next stop (end of the tram line) also walkable in about 5-7 minutes. Italian place and a Polish restaurant were great and inexpensive.

There was construction at the back of the hotel. Didn’t hear any noises as we stayed in the front.

10 minutes to old town on the tram that goes every 8-10 minutes on the weekday and 15-20 minutes on the weekend. Not a bad place to stay if one has been to krakow before and don’t need to be right in old town.
